Update and improve dev container: (#3977)

- Replace deprecated `crates` extension with `dependi`
- Add Playwright extension
- Simplify Dockerfile
- Add dependencies as specified in the Dioxus documentation
- Pre-install Playwright dependencies
- Adjust README.md
