refactor: relocate MeshCore tools to examples/meshcore/

Browse Source 
MeshCore is a protocol implementation ON TOP of DongLoRa, not part of the
dongle itself. Moving it to examples/ makes the separation clear while
keeping it accessible as a real-world usage example.
