- PYMC_CORE_ISSUES.md: 7 evidence-based bug reports for pyMC_core
  (wrong constants, broken path_len decoding, wrong TRACE hash,
  wrong SNR calculation)

- Remove ERRATA.md: contents already covered by audit findings
