fix: Windows reads of lock files, update paths cfg(unix), merge main again (P11c)
spec_vault swept every file under a book, lock files included; on Windows a held LockFileEx lock is mandatory and the read failed. The locks are already dedicated files (never data), so the test skips *.lock. Merged main (P13 step 6, the macOS server.log assert, P11a's AppImage identity): host.rs keeps main's five-field identity on Unix and size/last-write on Windows; the update poll and set_program_version are Unix-only. //! The audit group (plan P8; rules.md B-45): an audit run over the books,

//! its workpaper, and the claims that someone checked.
//!

//! ```text
//! GOAL: the whole re-audit through the tools: one programme of checks

//! books, and attestations that rest on a head that has not moved.

//! SOURCE: IRS Pub. 583 (records); Rev. Proc. 98-25 §5.01 (the audit

//! (an audit is a run, not a job), IZ-1k (the head).
//! INVARIANTS:
//! 1. `books.audit` previews (what it will check; nothing changes),
//! then with the preview's digest runs the checks, files the
//! workpaper (JSON and PDF) as documents and journals `audit.run`.
//! 2. The same books (the figure head), day, scope and programme give
//! the run that exists: nothing is filed or journaled twice.
//! 3. An attestation is a claim by the caller named by its token; the
//! method it gives is self-reported and the books say so.
//! 4. `counted` is read against `policy.attestation_bar` as it stands

//! when asked, never stored.

//! 5. A period is attested only on an audit at the current head.

For an entry with several counterparties pass parties instead: [{party, amount?|percent?}], each share an exact amount (cents), a percent (summing to 100; leftover cents to the first party), or neither (derived: a sole party gets all; members named together get what their capital or distributions lines say, else their [[company.members]] share; once the entry is posted, a derived split among several parties is recorded as the exact amounts it resolves to, so a later change to [[company.members]] never re-splits posted history). Refused: a party twice, mixed kinds of share, two parties with vendor records, and, once the entry has balanced lines, shares that don't add up to what it moved. Metadata only: amounts never change. //! The prompts: whole procedures an agent can start with one name
//! (plan 4.4), served as MCP prompts.
//!
//! ```text
//! GOAL: a person (or an agent) who picks a prompt gets the procedure for
//! the job, written against this server's own tools, with the one or
//! two facts it needs filled in.
//! SOURCE: plan/served.md 4.4 and P5 step 3; MCP 2025-06-18 prompts
//! (docs/spec/sources/mcp-tools.md names the tools; prompts/list
//! and prompts/get return a description and messages); DECISION (P5).
//! INVARIANTS:
//! 1. The prompts are those of PROMPTS, each with its text in
//! `prompts/<name>.md`; a prompt the plan struck (migrate,
//! process_inbox, receipts_from_email) does not exist.
//! 2. An argument is a single token (letters, digits, `-`, `_`, `.`,
//! `:`; at most 40 characters): a prompt's text never carries
//! free text a caller put in, so an argument cannot rewrite it.
//! 3. A prompt names only tools that exist (test).
//! 4. Reading a prompt changes nothing and needs books:read.
