swaits 6c4480cdc8 feat(package): aging CSVs in the export and the CPA package (P4b S6)
The CPA's first tie-out is that the aging equals the control account, so
books.export and the CPA package now write ar_aging.csv and ap_aging.csv
from one builder: one row per open document (number, party, dates, terms,
total, paid, discounted, outstanding, bucket, days overdue) and a TOTAL
line carrying the outstanding sum, the GL account and balance, and the
difference (always 0.00; B-23, B-38 INVARIANT 1). XLSX and PDF lay the
same aging out as a statement with the tie-out beneath it.

The package README states the tie-out, the gross discount method (A-8)
and the direct write-off method (A-5). The chart templates gain 6995
Purchase Discounts so no template puts another account at a control
role's code (4100 and 6060 already match). The viewer's Money out list
gains the discount-deadline column and colours a due-soon or
discount-open date; the screenshot is re-rendered.

Test: the_aging_csvs_tie_to_the_control_check in ledger-package; the
existing package file-order test and mcp_journeys see the two new files.

swaitsandClaude Opus 5.5 48ccc20e03 import: templates match the engine's control accounts; report specs
- Starter charts put "Platform and Payment Processing Fees" at 6100, the
code payroll posts wages to, so a template company that ran payroll
would book its wages as processing fees; their own payroll accounts
(7000, 7050, 2300) were never used. Now 6100 Salary & Wage Expense and
6110 Payroll Tax Expense (the engine's control accounts, with tax
categories), fees at 6060, and the unused accounts gone (the
withholding payables 2110-2150 are created when payroll first runs).
New tests: every template imports with categories valid for its
return; no template puts another account at a control code; a
partnership names every partner and its shares sum to 100%.
- format_amount printed a negative zero ("(0.00)" for -0.004); it rounds
half away from zero first now, like amount_parts.
- Specs (GOAL/SOURCE/INVARIANTS) for statement finishing, P&L, balance
sheet, cash flow, trial balance, members' equity (each must foot as
  printed), format_amount, and the templates.

swaitsandClaude Opus 5.5 4144d889eb feat: entity-aware owner equity — chart templates, draws, distributions, dividends
Every business has owners, and how owners put money in and take it out
depends on what the business is. wanderbooks now knows the four common
US shapes:

- books.chart_template {entity_type, owners}: a starter chart for a sole
proprietorship (owner's capital and draws), partnership or
multi-member LLC (capital and distributions per partner, guaranteed
payments), S corporation (stock, APIC, shareholder distributions,
officer compensation, retained earnings) or C corporation (dividends,
income tax expense), plus common income and expense accounts with
tax categories, and the wanderbooks.toml settings that go with it
(tax form, members with equal-share placeholders that sum to exactly
100, close target). A proposal for the agent to review with the human.
- Closing: CloseTo is now RetainedEarnings { sweep }, Account { into,
  sweep } (a sole proprietor's capital) or Members([MemberClose { capital,
share, distributions }]). Sweeps zero owner-pay equity accounts into
their target at close: draws into owner's capital, dividends or
distributions into retained earnings, each partner's distributions
into their own capital. Validation (equity, distinct, shares sum to 1)
runs in the pre-close preview, before anything is journaled. The
journal records the target; journals with no target or the old
  "retained_earnings" string still replay.
- Members' equity: a partner's distributions account is part of their
capital; its activity reports as distributions.
- Config: members' distribution_account; [books] close_into and
close_sweep for single-owner businesses (rejected alongside members).
The cash flow names members on their distribution accounts too.

Tests: a sole proprietor (net 2,000 and 500 of draws into capital: 6,500,
the cash); a corporation (dividends 300 into retained earnings: 600); a
partnership with distribution accounts (Bob 100 + 25 - 20 = 105, swept at
close, February begins there); bad sweep accounts; templates round-trip
through the chart parser, unique codes, equity per entity, every tax
category valid for the entity's return; stdio: template -> settings ->
import -> postings -> close with the exact closing lines.
