The design (three independent drafts, judged, combined, checked against main): a document's figures come from its tagged ledger lines that still stand, so reversals, voids and write-offs are right by construction and 1200/2000 always equal their documents; hand entries to them refused; numbered, previewed invoices with terms, the issued PDF filed, any payment methods printed (QR codes too); bills on their own accounts, paid on terms; the books record sends and payments a human or a delegate agent makes, with the processor's fee, and never send, receive or charge themselves.
