swaits 22cdfcf34b refactor(arap): rustfmt the unit's files, and the write-off's SOURCE line (P4b S7)
No behaviour: the files as rustfmt leaves them after the unit's edits
(the commits before this one were made before the formatter ran), and the
Ledger::write_off spec block cites A-5 alone for the direct write-off
method (A-6 is the hand-entry refusal, not this command).

//! Documents read their figures from the ledger lines tagged with them
//! (plan P4b S1, D-45; rules.md B-38): the books an earlier version wrote,
//! replayed, and the golden figures that version showed for them.
//!
//! The fixture `tests/fixtures/p4-arap-before` is a books dir written by
//! the version before S1 (main at 0df7f52a), and `figures.json` beside it
//! is what that version reported for it. This version opens the same
//! journal; every figure that moves is adjudicated here, cent by cent
//! (P4b.14 item 2): only documents whose entry or payment was reversed
//! change, and the general ledger doesn't move at all.
