The unit's Build assumed `--http` existed (3.9 names it) and that a
headless server could mint a token with `token create`; neither was true.
The As-built block records both, plus the client-side bearer that 3.3's
`token print` cannot supply for a remote book, and the loopback-only unit
rule that blocks a remote backup push. Done-when 1 (the CI job) and 2
(clean-VM walkthrough) are explicitly left to the owner and EM; only the
local evidence is claimed.
