swaits b84900ffc1 chore(codly-languages): bump version to 0.1.10
Merges [PR68](https://github.com/swaits/typst-collection/pull/68).

Contributed by [quaggaone](https://github.com/quaggaone) who said:

> **fix layout shifts when using lang-icon**
>
> Currently, there are layout shifts when using codly-languages with lang-icons compared to only using codly.
Most notably the height of the language box changes. This causes the outset of the box to be unbalanced.
>
> I adjusted the images properties, so the image doesn’t affect the size on the surrounding language box anymore. This fix is regardless of the image’s size.
