Test: the tall sidebar's pixels are compared only where they were blessed

CI's software renderer antialiases the same shapes differently (4635 pixels at 1440x920), so a_tall_sidebar_is_unchanged failed there. The shape hash stays the check everywhere; the pixels are a local check with SIDENAV_PIXELS=1.
