# Goldfish Annotated Review Report

This review ran in uninterrupted mode. The findings of all nine stages, their CONTEST / PROPOSE FIX resolution, and the traceability from finding to action item are in `consolidated_review_report.md` in this folder (the "Action items, by priority, with resolution" and "Contested (not applied)" sections). Every PROPOSE FIX was applied to `plan/served.md` on 2026-10-26; the file's new section 0 ("What changed on 2026-10-26") and section 8.0 describe the result.

Counts: 13 blocker action items (all applied), 10 major (all applied, two in part: M10's style pass covers section 8 only; M5's strike-throughs cover sections 1 to 7 and 9), nits applied where section 8 was rewritten. Contested: 9 mechanisms from the design critic, replaced by the simpler resolutions of the Stage 8 report and recorded as deferrals (D-49) or procedures; the 17-field template (8 fields adopted); "minisign only" (asked as Q-4 instead).
